Vavide is a new Sous Vide cookware that combines the food vacuumer and cooking part‭. ‬This‭ method is to preheat the food with lower temperature‭. ‬User needs to fire the food, after using sous vide‭. ‬Unlike the normal cooking‭, ‬the firing time is shorted after using Vavide‭. ‬As may also be done in traditional poaching‭, ‬sealing the food in sturdy plastic bags keeps in juices and aroma that‭ ‬would otherwise be lost in the process‭. ‬Beside‭, ‬using Vavide can keep the food fiber and the nutrition of food‭.‬
