Vavide is a new Sous Vide cookware that combines the food vacuumer and cooking part. This method is to preheat the food with lower temperature. User needs to fire the food, after using sous vide. Unlike the normal cooking, the firing time is shorted after using Vavide. As may also be done in traditional poaching, sealing the food in sturdy plastic bags keeps in juices and aroma that would otherwise be lost in the process. Beside, using Vavide can keep the food fiber and the nutrition of food.
